  I started at the Rockridge Sweat at the recommendation of another exercise enthusiast; I wanted more workout and results for my time investment but I was overwhelmed with the volume of local selections. I attended my first 6 AM Sweat class and absolutely loved it all, they have the perfect balance of pushing you yet recognizing any limitations you might have and providing modifications to ensure you are getting the optimal workout for your body.
  When I moved to Berkeley I was beyond happy that there was a second location conveniently located close to my new home. The staff continues to be the best I've encountered, the facilities clean and welcoming and the circuits constantly evolving to prevent boredom or muscle fatigue. Even my fellow attendees are awesome. My body has changed substantially, and even moreso that I've really started applying myself, my energy levels are high and steady, my ability to deal with difficult people has increased exponentially and my strength is beyond what I thought it could ever be as an adult.
  I've been going to the Albany location for a year and a half, and can't imagine going anywhere else (and I have tried a few of those other places while traveling - they just do not compare).
