  Horrendous service. 45 minute wait in a rather short line for a car, with no cars ready for Hertz Gold Plus reward members. Then they gave us a filthy tiny car, not the size we reserved. After we complained, we got a larger car with only 3/4 tank of gas and maintenance required. We had to make them sign on the rental agreement that it only had 3/4 tank. Wasted an hour with family waiting to go to the beach.
